A healing cooking experience for women, hosted at St Vincent’s Brixton on Wednesdays, from 12:45 - 2:30pm.

Cooking is more than just food - it is art, therapy and mindfulness.

Join us to explore simple cooking as a way to build calm, confidence and self-care.

For women only, in a safe, supportive space.
