PQASSO status achieved

BSVCC achieved external accreditation by attaining the PQASSO Quality Mark early this year.PQASSO is a set of quality standards for voluntary and community organisations. It has led to a noticed improvement in our customer services for our users and a more efficient organisational system and processes.It is a very great achievement and a big thank you to all the staff, management and board members. The appreciation is also extended to  our sponsors Lambeth Voluntary Action Council (LVAC), and our PQASSO lead, Michael Shomoye.
